CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY 2010/11

CBCF is seeking a person to join their Senior Leadership Team in a part time (paid)
capacity. The Senior Leadership Team currently consists of two elders, both serving
as volunteers. We are looking for someone who loves the Lord Jesus Christ and who
can bring fresh insight and energy to our leadership. The Senior leaders operate

The person we seek would be able as part of the team:
to provide direction in prayer, outreach, worship, Bible teaching, the recognition and release of spiritual gifts – and in being the church in the community
to lead on building the church and growing the numbers of those attending
to give leadership in pastoral care, working with small group leaders, and helping to lead in such areas as discipling and encouraging newcomers as well as helping to disciple and develop potential leadership in the church
to help support and develop existing small groups in the church
to play a significant role in discerning, developing and communicating the vision and values of the church
We are looking for someone who can work as part of our team and who has clear leadership, teaching and pastoral gifting.
We will offer a salary for 20 hours per week, to be negotiated, initially for two years. Applicants would need to provide their own accommodation.
